I have worked in the mortgage compliance industry for over 17 years, the last two as a Regulatory Analyst and Advisor. I am also certified as a CFCP and a MCPC. Throughout my entire mortgage compliance career, I have come to understand that there is such a tremendous need for simplified educational materials as reflected in this book, for first-time home buyers or anyone planning to own a home.
