Our COVID Miracle (en Inglés) - Hugo Marinucci

In 2020, Hugo Marinucci R.N. worked in the newly formed Covid I.C.U. in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. With the hospital minutes from the international airport and the cruise ship terminal, the admissions were endless. He saw first-hand the suffering it inflicted with the death rate 60-70%. It not only affected the elderly, but patients of all ages.

His biggest shock came when his wife Cynthia (also an R.N. at the same hospital), was admitted to the Covid I.C.U. With no cure in sight, the odds were appalling for survival.

This story illustrates the months of suffering Cynthia endured such as cardiac arrest, strokes, kidney failure, hypoglycemia, months on the ventilator, a prolonged coma, and much more. All witnessed by her husband who was present day and night.
