"Our October Miracle" was written in honor of my niece, Evelyn Jean, who was born six weeks premature, when her mother developed health issues toward the end of her pregnancy. This children's inspirational book portrays Evelyn as a caterpillar, longing to blossom into a butterfly, and surrounded by her loving friends and family creatures. Come join EJ the caterpillar, Debora the dragonfly, Momma Bear, and others as we celebrate life and all that God has given us! The setting is in honor of Evelyn's first home, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and the caterpillar and butterfly characters are in honor of my time teaching Kindergarten in Suriname, South America. I am blessed beyond words, and I've longed to write a children's book since I was a little girl myself. My sole purpose is to create a lasting memory of our sweet October miracle baby girl and to glorify my God, who gives life and beauty and joy. Join us on the journey and be blessed!
