The prevalence of cancer among the population is growing every year, and this trend is completely independent of a country's economic status or social situation. Moreover, modern research shows that the percentage of cancer cases is higher in regions with a higher level of development. It is no coincidence that oncology is one of the most pressing issues in medicine. Mortality from malignant neoplasms is also very high, with an average rate of 150:100,000 today.
