Fernanda Trías. Nació en Uruguay en 1976 y vive en Colombia. Es narradora, traductora y docente de creación literaria. Publicó Cuaderno para un solo ojo, La azotea, La ciudad invencible, No soñarás flores y Mugre rosa. Por Mugre rosa recibió el apoyo de la residencia Eñe/Casa de Velázquez (España, 2018), el Premio Nacional de Literatura (Uruguay, 2020), el Premio Bartolomé Hidalgo de la crítica (Uruguay, 2021) y el Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz (México, 2021). En 2024, Mugre rosa estuvo nominada a los National Book Awards en Estados Unidos. Tanto La azotea como Mugre rosa obtuvieron el British PEN Translates Award (2020 y 2022). Sus novelas se han traducido a más de quince lenguas.
