For pathogens and pest development and growth tropical in addition to semitropical climatic conditions were optimum. Pathogen show wide selection of symptoms and cause major yield losses. The actuating agents of these diseases are classified in organic phenomenon or abiotic in nature. The diseases of economic vital plants are caused by few species of fungi, bacteria, viruses and virus like organisms and nematodes as a result of they go after their aerial components. Viral diseases lead us to the new challenges in the area of large-scale crop production, international agricultural trading including food security which causes deflation to sustain our economy. Begomoviruses, Badnaviruses, Cucomoviruses, Potyviruses and Ilarviruses are causing diseases of different crops, fruits, vegetables, decorative plants and fibrous crops, during this trending situation.
