Helen Hester (Reino Unido, 1983) es una filósofa, investigadora y profesora de Medios y Comunicación en la Universidad de West London. Su trabajo se centra en el tecnofeminismo, la reproducción social y las políticas del trabajo y el género. Es miembro del colectivo feminista Laboria Cuboniks, coautor del Manifiesto Xenofeminista (2015), que propone una política feminista orientada al uso estratégico de la tecnología para la emancipación social.

Entre sus obras más destacadas se encuentran Xenofeminismo: tecnologías de género y políticas de reproducción (2018), Después del trabajo: una historia del hogar y la lucha por el tiempo libre (2024, junto a Nick Srnicek), Beyond Explicit: Pornography and the Displacement of Sex (2014) y Fat Sex: New Directions in Theory and Activism (2015). Estas publicaciones, en el ámbito del ensayo filosófico y la teoría feminista, exploran la intersección entre tecnología, género y trabajo.
