If you are someone who wants to reach your city for Christ, then the concepts in this booklet are for you. I have assembled eight components that I consider necessary and each one very important for the person who intends to reach and penetrate his city with the Gospel of Jesus of Nazareth.  It is useful to think of these components as the cylinders of a gasoline engine. Each one has to function properly for the engine to run at full power. There are no shortcuts in city reaching strategy. We need to think in terms of best practice and avoid the sub-optimal. In my opinion, each of the eight components or modules needs to be utilized and implemented so that the Bible based strategy that I will describe to you will operate with maximum efficiency.  May the Lord bless you with great success in implementing this strategy. I want to dedicate this booklet to the ministers who are struggling and frustrated in their labors.
