Regret Cooper (en Inglés) - Keith G. Scott

Regret Cooper never set out to be an outlaw.

At seventeen, broke, scared, and caught holding horses for the brutal Butcher Baker gang, Regret figures his young life is about to end at the end of a rope.

Then Texas Ranger Buck Mitchum steps in.

Instead of prison, Regret is given a badge, a horse, and one hard chance to prove what kind of man he means to become. Riding beside Buck, he learns that being a Ranger takes more than a fast gun. It takes courage, loyalty, judgment, and the grit to stand on the right side of the law when trouble comes calling.

From outlaw hunts and border towns to gunfights, hard trails, and dangerous men, Regret Cooper begins the long ride from frightened boy to seasoned lawman.

A fast-moving Western adventure about second chances, hard-earned honor, and a young man determined to ride for the right brand.
