Sydney Garcia of Garcia Entertainment shocked the residents of Fenton with the company's plans to build a resort and amusement park next to Christmas Town. For some, this means jobs and a way to provide for their family but for others, it means competition that could run them out of business. Sydney faces off with T.J. as both try to keep their dream alive, but the road takes an unexpected turn.
