Fee is Professor Emeritus at Regent College in Vancouver, Canada. He received BA and MA degrees from Seattle Pacific University and was ordained in the Assemblies of God church in 1959. Fee earned his doctorate from the University of Southern California in 1966. He is the author of several volumes including First Epistle to the Corinthians, Paul's Letter to the Philippians, and The First and Second Letters to the Thessalonians in the NICNT series as well as several other volumes such as God's Empowering Presence, Pauline Christology, and New Testament Exegesis.

El mismo será ordenado ministro de esta denominación en 1959, ayudando y pastoreando en una Asamblea de Des Moines (1958-62) y en una iglesia Congregacional de Magnolia (1975). Estudió en Seattle Pacific University (B.A. 1956; M.A. 1958) y en la University of Southerns California (Ph.D. 1966).

Ha sido profesor asistente de Religión en el Southern California College (Costa Mesa, 1966-69), Profesor de Estudios Bíblicos en Wheaton College (Wheaton, 1969-72, 72-74), profesor de Nuevo Testamento en Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (Hamilton, 1974-78, 78-86) y profesor de Nuevo Testamento en Regent College (Vancouver, Canadá, 1986-), junto a M. Green (v.) y J. Packer (v.).

También ha dado clases y cursos especiales en diversas instituciones de enseñanza bíblica y teológica de todo el mundo: Manila, Canadá, EE.UU., Filipinas, Malasia, Nairobi, Portugal, Yugoslavia, Bélgica, Singapur, Japón, España.

Verdadero erudito del Nuevo Testamento, es un amante de la Escritura, estudiada con detalle y minuciosidad.
