Nulara and Narvu are the children of intergalactic royalty. Their people, known as Noburans, have traveled light-years to settle a newly discovered world. The planet is still recovering from the effects of a nuclear war that wiped out most of its life-forms. While wandering the ruins of a bombed-out city, the youth come across a strange creature known as a "human." Their family's advisor believes that all humans are dangerous, since they nearly destroyed their own planet through warfare. He hopes to build a better world than the creatures that once ruled "Earth." This might mean getting rid of any humans that remain.
