Drug smugglers fight their way through an Atlantic gale off the coast of West Cork.

Two days later, Garda Inspector Mossy Farrell hears that a local drifter has been boasting about being at sea during the storm-and is flashing cash.

When hard drugs surface at a party, Farrell suspects traffickers may once again be operating in the Bantry area. As Mossy's restless ADHD mind races through the clues, his instinct and intuition may be the only things standing between West Cork and a new drugs pipeline.
