In this book MySQL database and php is used to design the web site of special university and the electronic library is upload as a part of this web site, this electronic library specified for the students of this university only and They can accessed it from anywhere at any time via internet through web browser.This electronic library take an important role in E-learning to simplify many thing to the students .This work is designed by using various programming languages such HTML, CSS for the design of E-library Graphical User Interfaces (GUI), PHP as a server side scripting language and MySQL Database a Relational Database Management system (RDMS) to build the database of the designed E-library System.
