It is also a great way to keep a visual journal.Sketching in an Urban Forest is a book of sketches, pictures and stories of an urban forest and the animals and people that roam there. These sketches were made where I often go for my morning walks. We enjoy Shinrin-yoko, the Japanese concept of 'forest-bathing'.
