Dr. Nocturn, Tony Two Combs are seeking retribution on the members of the Victorian under the guidance of Madam Nightengale,

Soleman and Flats enlist the aid of Persephone and Cherin as they try and bring down the Victorian Club and put an end to their reign of tyranny, Once that is completed they can decide what to do about Dr. Nocturn and Tony Two Combs.
