The book by Dr. Rashin is the first Comprehensive Course on the history of the longest and most brutal record of all such crimes by the Stalinist regime of the USSR in the 20th century. The term "Stalinism" is used to denote the entire socialist system of the USSR based on a widely popular ideology (full of intended lies and sophisticated demagoguery) relying on terror for its implementation. It's doubtful that replacement of Stalin by another Communist revolutionary leader could essentially change the regime. They all condoned or committed mass murders.
