Then things quickly turn desperate when a missing young girl is suddenly found murdered and brutalized in the dark woods by the highway. Police and FBI swarm Stillwater, and Sheriff Tom Marshall, a speed and Vicodin addict with his own demented version of the law, suspects Clay's meth addicted brother, Gibbs Smalls, of the murder.
