Reseña del libro "Stories for Thunderstorms (en Inglés)"

It began with a thunderstorm, a power outage, and a simple request: “Why don’t you read to me?”By the light of my cell phone, I searched the bookshelves of my home in Pennsylvania's Pocono Mountains until I found a 1931 Book of Famous Poems. Then, by flashlight and candlelight, we spent an unforgettable evening reading the great poets to one another.A few days later, I thought I should gather the stories, poems, memories, and publications that Rebecca had inspired and create a book we could read together the next time thunderstorms rolled through the mountains.Stories for Thunderstorms is a personal collection inspired by love and the journey of our moments together. With humor, tenderness, and unfiltered honesty, these are my reflections on love and relationships, childhood memories, family, friendships, faith, and facing down cancer.I hope some pieces make you smile. I hope others invite you to pause, reflect, and remember someone you love.At its heart, Stories for Thunderstorms is a personal collection of stories and poems about love, life, resilience, and the precious gift of time. For the next time there are thunderstorms.
