Reseña del libro "Streaming Blood (en Inglés)"

When controversial influencer Todd Summers is found strangled by his own seat belt, DCI Carter takes on the case. Todd was about to release an explosive podcast about a string of suspicious "suicides" of gay men in the '90s that police wrote off. Todd was convinced those men were murdered, meaning the police let a serial killer get away.Someone killed Todd to make him part of the story.Todd's murder ignites a firestorm, with conspiracy theorists flooding social media and the streets of Melbourne. Accusations of a police cover-up spread and when Carter sees the state of the cold case files, he starts to agree. But this case won't let go: gay men murdered in the '90s, a community failed and now more murders staged to look like history is repeating itself. For Carter, it's getting personal and his own secrets are closing in. The gambling Carter hides, the guilt he can't shake and the new boyfriend he's terrified to lose. Someone in Melbourne's laneways is killing to protect old secrets and Carter is running out of time to stop them.Streaming Blood is the gritty second detective mystery in the DCI Carter series, following High-Rise Blood.
