It is a basic survival guide for the outdoors with focus on the northern states but also is a great all around survival skills manual. It has a multitude of natural cures to include how to make colloidal silver, survival penicillin, the benefits of hydrogen peroxide, apricot seeds, cold and flu remedies and many other herbal and natural cures. Survival also has a really good guide to boating safety and fishing in case you are stuck near water or on a boat. Survive is simply a great all around survival guide written by a 50 year Alaska resident and outdoorsman who grew up in the great outdoors and herbal remedies and survival skills were necessary to survive.
