Too often our minds are racing with the uncertain worries and anxieties about the future plus guilt and regrets about the past. Worrying on and on about how our marriage is going, about our job or why we were rude to our mother last week. What can we find to complain about now and who can we blame for this and that going wrong. When we are not distracted by TV, computer games and the activities of work; we spend much of our time with our minds in turmoil both day and night with constant thoughts and anxieties. The problem is that there is no on/off switch; the only rest we seem to have is sleep and that can be disturbed. But what if there is a method to quell those crazy and often useless thoughts; what if there is a method to change the uncertain mental abyss that most humans live in, into a state of bliss itself. Is it possible that just by changing our viewpoint on how we see our minds that we can change our lives from the abyss to bliss?
