Eventually, they realise that their love for Birmingham had turned them into Brummies though their race to gain greater prosperity had forced them to create the conditions where their friends and employees could enjoy better time too. Selina and Tom feel they are tidying up their lives and the promise of new life in their family finally cements completely their love for each other and their family.
