That tale reveals there is a heavenly creature called "the flower painter" who is responsible for painting all the flowers in their brilliant and subtle colors. The flower painter shares knowledge of where in God’s creation the colors are gathered, ranging from color collection from the sky, clouds, snows, sea, and earth. The flower painter teaches how the colored flowers are a way God helps people live in joyfulness, beauty, and peace. Gianna longs to see the flower painter, and many years pass before her desire is fulfilled. She has now grown into a woman and has her own daughter. On a day when both are in the family garden, Gianna sees in her daughter all the beautiful colors the flower painter gathers from God’s creation and comes to understand that her daughter is a flower in God’s garden.
