Four Actions. Four Directives. One Outcome In 2009, The "I Love U Guys" Foundation introduced the Standard Response Protocol (SRP) to districts, departments and agencies. The first school district to implement the program was Jefferson County, Colorado. The district of Columbine. Since then, thousands of schools, districts, departments, agencies and organizations have adopted the protocol. Even though the materials were originally geared to a K-12 environment, other organizations made them work for their situation. From Credit Unions to Courthouses to Community Colleges to Cathedrals, the SRP has been integrated into safety plans in business, institutions and organizations across the US and Canada. As a result, the Foundation has worked with safety professionals to create materials for all audiences.
