Their statements refute that theory. Tamara was rumored to have danced at a party hosted by the ex-mayor of Detroit, Kwame Kilpatrick. The story of Tamara's murder is woven into a web of politics - shrouded in innuendo - and includes a cover-up of epic proportions. Investigating detectives feared for their lives. Evidence was removed, long standing careers were lost and 10 years later, it has yet to be properly investigated.
