Brian Sackett thinks his brother, Brent is dead, when the elder twin doesn't come back to their family's ranch in Texas. Through a chain of events their paths cross while Brian is in pursuit of a man he believes tried to kill the oldest Sackett brother, AJ. The story began in the book "Across the Rio Grande" and is continued in "Three Days to Sundown" with the twin brothers finally meeting up. Brent has left a trail of dead bodies with Brian winding up taking the blame. There will be one more book in the series. The name is yet to be determined.
