Reseña del libro "To Alcohell and Back (en Inglés)"

What if the best years of your life are still ahead of you?J. Stephen Kirsch knows what it feels like to want desperately to stop drinking-and discover that wanting to stop isn't enough.Alcohol gradually took control of his life. What began as drinking with friends progressed to whiskey during the day, blackouts, physical dependence, and finally the realization that he could no longer do it alone. Then he walked through the doors of a rehabilitation center. What happened afterward is the reason he wrote this book.Stephen rebuilt his life, found success in several careers, became a father and grandfather, found the love of his life, and experienced things the man entering rehab could never have imagined. To Alcohell and Back isn't a lecture about alcoholism. It's one man's true story of where alcohol took him-and what became possible when he finally left it behind. If alcohol is controlling your life, Stephen wants you to know one thing: There is hope. Your story doesn't have to end here.
