She has taught kindergarten through grade 4 and has been an instructional coach for 4 different school corporations in Indiana. She holds an administrator's and a director of exceptional needs license. Recently, she completed Indiana's Keys to Literacy program and received certification in early literacy and obtained a STEM license. Bonnie has 2 children, 3 step-children and 7 grandchildren.
