Leadership in general entails numerous concepts, principles, theories and ideas. Christian leadership comes with extra spiritual concepts as well making it a serious role not to be joked with. It is essential as every form of organised group ranging from families to governments require a leader to lead for that group to function effectively. It is well known that everything rises or falls on leadership. We could use planning and other skills effectively in leadership and still fail if one vital area is not taken into serious consideration. In view of this, Dr Andam explores and teaches on this one vital area of the function of leadership that involves the heart when called to leadership in God's Church. He uses several examples with the main focus on Judas' call to ministry and the aftermath, investigating how he fell from grace to tragedy and how we should avoid the same from happening to us. Dr Andam challenges the church and the leaders to learn how to follow the instructions of Jesus Christ alone consistently to the end with great determination and desire.
