Reseña del libro "Under the Hazel Trees: Collected Works (en Inglés)"

A collection of selected short stories and poetry written over a period of thirty years. They will make you laugh at times; and then cry tears that turn to liquid pearls. This newly published book includes a series of stories entitled 'The Girl From' as well as previously unpublished poems.About the author: Poet, soldier, sailor is the best way to describe the author. He has been writing on and off for decades but always scribbled notes which have been scattered throughout his various homes around the world in drawers and boxes. He decided to gather them together and put them all in one place; self-publishing them in a single book. As a child he was fortunate to live with his family in many countries around the world including Australia (where he was born) - Ireland, England, France, Spain, Andorra, Switzerland, Jamaica, Mexico and the USA. Later on he lived and worked in various countries in the Middle East.In all these countries he learned about their different cultures, their religions, their languages and their art. His life has always been full of travel and adventure, and he plans to pack in as much more fun as possible over the coming years.Tim did kiss the Blarney Stone one time. The immediate result was a nasty case of the 'flu no doubt passed on by someone who had previously stuck their lips on it. Years later he realised that he had also been infected by the desire to write and to tell his stories - it's a disease called "The Gift of the Gab." Some call it a gift from God . . .
