Six individuals, and a host of others, live different yet jagged paths which orbit around the enigmatic, self-proclaimed king of the high throne. Virtue's Ronin explores the indisputable darkness of religion and cult worship, while it dissects the numerous themes related to the ills of said religion/cult worship such as bullying, erosion of the family unit, and human beings with their addiction to death.
