Due to the depleting water resources their is shortage of water in the world. Among the environmental stresses, drought is one of the most important obstacles to the development of agriculture. To counter these problems proper irrigation management practices should be developed for existing wheat varieties and new varieties should be developed which can perform better in restricted irrigation condition.
