An attempt has been made in this monograph to analyse the legal frame works pertaining to e-contracts and e-signatures at three countries namely U.S.A. EU and India. The scheme of the book as follows; part one of describes kinds of e-contracts popular in e-commerce environment, second part focuses on determination of conclusion of e-contracts part three will throw some light on U.S.A. legal frame work on e-contracts, part four discusses exclusively on E.U legal frame work on e-contracts, fifth part deals with Indian legal framework on e-contracts, sixth part focuses on validity of standard form of contracts or adhesion contracts in e-commerce, seventh part deals with general contractual terms used on e-contracts, eight part discusses on choice of law in cross border transactions at e-commerce ninth part will throw some light on standard form of contracts in e-commerce, last part exclusively deals with law pertaining to e-signature at EU, USA and India and finally ends with a conclusion. The purpose of this book is to enlighten the specialists who understand - and can anticipate - the legal issues that arise when the worlds of internet and commerce meet.
