With the growth of organisations in the construction sector, several companies emerge to try to get a share of the market, as is the case with companies that work with plaster. With this, some differentials such as quality and speed of service are necessary to put the company ahead of its competitors. The professionals who work on the factory floor of this type of company have a long and tiring journey that on several occasions ends up being aggravated due to the pace of work and an inadequate layout of the production process. This type of case calls for an ergonomic study that can simplify the professional's work and cause a mutual benefit between the worker and the company. The description of the production process employed in the firm helps to determine the ergonomic failures of the company's environment. To achieve this description, it was necessary to map the organisation's layouts, observe the posture of the team during the working day and propose a new layout that eliminates possible unnecessary efforts.
