Richard Chizmar (Maryland, 1965) es un escritor, editor y guionista estadounidense, reconocido por su labor en el género de terror y misterio. Es fundador y editor de la editorial Cemetery Dance Publications, especializada en literatura de horror. Su obra ha sido publicada en medios como Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine y The Year's 25 Finest Crime and Mystery Stories.
