Working environment plays a critical role to boost employees' performance. Causes for a substantial amount of employees' turnover are associated with bad working environment. Thus, any firm shall have to create a conducive and workable working space for the employees based on the nature of the task they perform.This research book focuses to identify the effect of working environment on employees' performance in one of big public enterprises, found in Ethiopia.
