Few New Testament scholars of recent decades have set the pitch for academic discussion and debate in their field like N. T. Wright. Es reconocido mundialmente por sus estudios sobre el Nuevo Testamento y la figura histórica de Jesús, así como por su contribución a la teología cristiana contemporánea.
