The objective of this work is to report the knowledge and attitudes of the health actors involved in the care of HIV-positive pregnant women, in particular gynaecologists, midwives and infectious diseases specialists, to measure the deviations from the national recommendations, to identify the factors related to non-optimal care from the point of view of the risk of transmission and to propose recommendations which can solve these faults.To suggest recommendations to remedy this situation and to allow a multidisciplinary, harmonious and beneficial management of these women in order to reach the objective of "zero" newborns affected by HIV.
