From shops along Main Street, to tours of Victorian homes, to the boats and docks along the Glimmer Glass, it is easy to see that Manasquan is a tranquil corner of yesterday's way of life. However, history can be dangerous as seen in the photographs of the famous hurricanes and northeasters of 1938, 1944, and 1962.
