The benefactor unexpectedly pulls out, leaving Mickey in a lurch, but he doesn't flinch. While burning asphalt between the rusty steel Chicago sky and sun drenched L.A. rooftop parties, Mickey comes up with a plan. Addicted to action, honor and painkillers, Mickey's gonna make good on his promise to the cast and crew. He'll finance the rest of "79th Street" himself but it's not gonna be easy and it sure isn't gonna be legal.
