I. N. J. Culbard (Ian Culbard) es un historietista y artista británico nacido en Greenwich, Londres. Comenzó su carrera como animador antes de dedicarse por completo al cómic. Es conocido por sus adaptaciones gráficas de clásicos literarios, como las novelas de Sherlock Holmes (con Ian Edginton) y varias obras de H. P. Lovecraft, entre ellas At the Mountains of Madness, por la que ganó el British Fantasy Award en 2011.

También ha desarrollado cómics originales como Celeste (SelfMadeHero), Brass Sun y Brink (ambos con Dan Abnett), y The New Deadwardians (Vertigo). Su estilo visual es limpio, elegante y narrativamente claro, con influencias tanto del cómic europeo como del manga.
