Jumping at the chance to have total access to the house, Lexi moves in. She quickly finds it hard to focus on her case with her sexy landlord as her upstairs neighbor. Her hopes of having a summer fling takes a cold shower when she discovers that Parker Montgomery plays hard to get. Lexi, who never backs down from a challenge, attempts to juggle finding out what happened to this woman that has caused her spirit to be trapped in the home, while trying to seduce Parker into bed without allowing her heart to get involved.
