The US government does not want to get directly involved with a suspected plot to assassinate one of the World's leaders prior to a meeting of the African Union. So, the US President gets Mark Taylor to form a small team to go to Africa to investigate and to try to minimize any problems that may arise. The involvement of the Iran Ministry of Intelligence soon becomes evident. But what is their real plan? And what is their ultimate goal? Mark and his team develop a theory that there is a link between a honey trap targeting members of the US diplomatic community and the distribution of drugs. Despite Iran involvement in this, there is an even greater goal which threatens world peace. And behind all their plans, the Iranians have a couple of trump cards. They have moles within the US administration and someone there is going to die.
