Havelock Ellis, who was a pioneer in the field of scientific study of sexual behavior, explains that if we are to obtain a deeper insight into the psychology of general human behavior, we must first possess a broader understanding of how sex works in human affairs. Sigmund Freud suggests that all human being harbor unconscious tendencies to depart from conventional sexual relations. However, judging from the sexual interest shown for today's books, magazines, and cinema, it becomes obvious - the sexual relationship is very much on people's minds. It has long been known that men like to "play around", but what makes the "swap scene" different, is the implied motto that influences each swapper's home - "the family that play together, stays together" - this well may be true. It has been found that once a person's secret sexual cravings can be satisfied, life can return to normal. However, there are others, when exposed to such a wide variety of sex practices that prefer to turn their sex life into a "merry-go-round" of sex, with the "brass-ring" representing one more sexual encounter, and each one triggering another, in an endless cycle. Swapping represents different things to different people, some finding satisfaction, others discovering dimensional sexual desire than can never be satisfied. This book delves into the motives and highlights the benefits that healthy sexual freedom can provide.
