A Middle Eastern terrorist family gains control of the United States Army's newest generation of a lethal nerve gas agent and its breeder cells through a clandestine operation that they successfully complete while the gas is being transported to an army long-term storage facility. And they store it safely, undetected, for nearly four decades. Forty years after the family purloined the nerve gas, the family patriarch leads a recovery mission to retrieve the still-lethal agent from its watery hiding place. While the family is in the process of recovering the agent from the floor of Lake Powell, former marine Banger and his beautiful wife Megan accidentally stumble upon the recovery operations and learn of the group's deadly plan to deploy the lethal gas upon unsuspecting U.S. citizens traveling abroad. Shortly thereafter, Banger and Megan meet with a technologically sophisticated and secretive group associated with the U.S. government. The couple is instructed to find the patriarch in an effort to either return the nerve gas to the United States or destroy it before an international tragedy occurs and innocent civilians perish. With assistance from the U.S. government, Banger and Megan begin an action-packed and deadly pursuit of the murderous patriarch that starts in the U.S. and culminates in Switzerland and Italy.
